摘　　要：虚拟手术系统是虚拟现实技术在医学领域的重要应用,介绍国内外部分虚拟手术系统及其在医学教学、手术导航、手术训练、远程手术等领域的应用。研究基于Web的一体化小儿心脏病虚拟手术训练系统建设,结果证明虚拟手术系统达到初步设计目标,对医生提升临床手术技能、指导手术都有积极意义。The virtual surgery training sy9 tem is an important application of virtual reality technology in the medical domain.The paper introduces some domestic and foreign virtual surgery systems and their applications in the field of medical teaching,surgical navigation,surgery training,tele- surgery,etc.It studies the construction of Web- based integrated virtual surgery training system for pediatric heart disease.The results prove that the virtual surgery system realizes the preliminary design goals and has positive significance in enhancing clinical surgery skills and guiding the surgeries.
