摘　　要：根据湘钢宽厚板产线多、钢种多、规格多、工序多等特点,结合宽厚板厂设备优势,介绍了宽厚板MES质量管理系统的业务流程和数据流程的设计和应用。针对宽厚板厂和五米板厂产线交叉,强化了产线质量管控,实现了产销平衡、经济效益最大化。According to the various grades, specifications, processes of the steel plates in the Xiangtan Iron and Steel Limited Company of Hunan Valin, combined with the advantages of the equipment, the design and application in the process and data flow of the manufacturing execution system were introduced. For the same slabs can be provided to both the five meters mills and heavy plates mills, the quality control of the production line was strengthened, the equilibrium of the production and marketing was achieved, and the economic benefit was increased.
