地佐辛在治疗腰硬联合麻醉后寒战中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛治疗腰硬联合麻醉(Combined spinal epidural anesthesia,CSEA)后寒战的效果。方法选择CSEA后发生寒战患者100例,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和曲马多组(T组),各50例。当麻醉期间患者发生寒战时,立即静脉注射地佐辛0.1 mg/kg(D组)或曲马多1 mg/kg(T组),观察用药效果及不良反应。结果两组患者术中生命体征平稳,治疗寒战的整体疗效和起效时间差异无统计学意义,T组恶心呕吐发生率高于D组(P<0.05)。D组镇静作用强于T组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛可以有效治疗CSEA期间的寒战反应,与曲马多比较,镇静程度好,恶心呕吐发生率低,且不良反应小。Objective To object the effects of Dezocine on shivering after combined spinal epidural anesthesia（CSEA）.Methods To select 100 patients with shivering occur spinal epidural anesthesia,were randomly divided into Dezocine group（group D,n=50）and tramadol group（Tgroup,n=50）.when the patients who shivered,randomly inject Dezocine 0.1 mg/kg（Dgroup）or tramadol 1 mg/kg（Tgroup）,observing the medicine effects and the adverse reactions.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups with respect to MAP,HR,intensity of shivering after CSEA or intensity of shivering after treatment.T group incidence of nausea is higher D group（P〈0.05）,D group sedation is stronger than Tgroup（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effects of Dezocine on shiivering after combined spinal epidural anesthesia is effective,and adverse reactions is small.compared with tramadol,dezocine has a good sedation and a low incidence of nausea and vomiting.
