孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨非手术治疗儿童腺样体肥大及疗效观察。方法联合应用孟鲁司特钠和糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大39例,按照腺样体/鼻咽(A/N)比值大小分为轻度21例、中度11例、重度7例3组。患者的症状评分根据调查问卷获得。结果轻度组有效率90.5%(19/39),中度组有效率72.7%(8/39),重度组有效率14.3%(1/39)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松是非手术治疗腺样体肥大较好的方法,但疗效不一。轻中度效果较好,而重度效果较差。Objective To evaluate the effect of oral montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children.Methods 39 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy were treated with mometasone furoate combined with montelukast.All patients were divided into three groups（mild,moderate,severe）according to the size of adenoid.Results The efficiency in the mild group was 90.5%（19/39）,in the moderate group was 72.7%（8/39）,and in the severe group was 14.3%（1/39）.Conclusion Mometasone furoate combined with montelukast is a good n on-surgical treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.However,the effect is different for different patients.The efficiency is better for mild and moderate adenoidal hypertrophy but poor for severe group.
