摘　　要：目的了解湖北省15岁及以上居民超重肥胖发生状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法以多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取湖北省20个县（市、区）15岁及以上居民28 563人进行入户问卷调查,采用χ~2检验和多元logistic回归方法分析超重肥胖的影响因素。结果研究人群的超重肥胖率为23.5%,其中男性高于女性（24.7%vs.22.5%,P〈0.001）,城市高于农村（29.8%vs.20.6%,P〈0.001）;随着年龄的增加,人群超重肥胖率由15~24岁时的9.8%跃升到25~34岁时的18.9%,再跃升到35~64岁时的26.1%~27.7%,呈现两个阶梯效应,65岁之后缓降到22.4%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,居住地、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、就业状况、经济状况,及饮酒和体育锻炼是超重肥胖的影响因素。结论湖北省15岁及以上居民超重肥胖率较高,多因素影响了超重肥胖的发生。Objective To investigate the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Hubei resident aged 15 years old and above, as well as to provide scientific preventive strategies to deal with the issue. Methods By using multi- stage stratified cluster random sampling, a total number of 28 563 residents aged 15 years and above were selected from 20 counties（cities, districts）in Hubei Province in 2013, and they were interviewed by a unified household questionnaire survey. χ~2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were applied to investigate the influencing factors of overweight and obesity. Results The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was 23.5% in general. Moreover, the prevalence of overweight and obesity in men was significantly higher than that in women（24.7% vs. 22.5%, P 〈0.001）, and the prevalence of overweight and obesity in urban residents was significantly higher than that in rural residents（29.8% vs. 20.6%,P〈0.001）. With the increase of age, the rate of overweight and obesity for age group 15~24 years old jumped from 9.8%to 18.9% for age group 25~34 years old, and then jumped to 26.1%~27.7% for age group 35~64 years old and then, showing two ladder effects. After 65 years old, the rate of overweight and obesity slowly dropped to 22.4%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that influencing factors of overweight and obesity including residential place, gender, age,marital status, employment status, economic status, alcohol consumption, and physical exercise. Conclusion Hubei Province has a high prevalence rate of overweight and obesity for residents aged 15 years and above, and the situation was caused by multiple factors.
