摘 要:结合溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法制备出了三种硅含量不同的生物活性玻璃(BAG)湿凝胶,然后分别用真空冷冻干燥和真空加热干燥方法对湿凝胶进行干燥,得到了球形BAG粉体(58S粉体,68S粉体和77S粉体),研究了分散剂聚乙二醇(PEG)、硅含量、干燥方法对BAG粉体粒径、形貌的影响;然后将68S粉体在模拟体液中进行矿化试验,研究了BAG粉体的矿化性能。结果表明:加入PEG可以有效控制BAG粉体的形状和粒径,使粉体颗粒趋于球形;68S粉体的粒径最小,表面最光滑,球形度最好;真空冷冻干燥可以有效抑制湿凝胶在干燥过程中的团聚;矿化后的BAG粉体表面形成了一层碳酸羟基磷灰石(HCA)层,具有良好的生物活性。Sol-gel method and co-precipitation method were combined to prepare bioactive glass(BAG)wet get with different amounts of silicon,and the wet get was dried at vacuum freeze-drying and vacuum heat-drying modes to prepare spherical BAG powders(58Spowders,68 powders and 77Spowders).The effects of dispersant PEG(polyethylene glytol),silicon content and drying modes on the size and morphology of BAG powders were studied.And then,mineralization test was carried out by adding 68 Spowders to simulated body fluid(SBF).The results show that PEG can control effectively the shape and size of BAG powders,and make the particles keep sphericity.68 Spowders has the smallest size,the most smooth surface and the best degree of sphericity.Vaccum freeze-drying can effectively restraine the aggregation of wet get during drying.Carbonate hydroxyl apatite(HCA)was formed on BAG powder surface after mineralization,which made BAG powders have good biological activity.
