摘  要:对家电产品设计及制造过程中的关键技术点进行描述,包括尺寸及外形设计、加强筋设计和孔的设计。以普通32寸平板电视注塑外壳模型设计为例,基于UG NX4.0平台,探究一款注塑模CAD系统的功能实现过程,最终得出符合实际生产要求的注塑模具三维图像。对常用塑料材料聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)和高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(HIPS)进行力学性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能测试,得到的结果为HIPS塑料力学性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能较其他两种材料更好。In this paper, the key technical points of the design and manufacturing process for homeappliances were described, including the size and shape design, the reinforcement design and the holedesign. The injection shell model design for a 32 inch fiat screen TV was used as an example. Based on theUG NX4. 0 system, the implementation process of an injection mold CAD system was established and thethree-dimensional images of the injection mold meeting the production requirements was obtained. Themechanical properties, thermal stability and flame retardant properties of commonly used plastic material suchas polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and high impact polyethylene(HIPS) were tested. The results indicate that HIPS has a better mechanical properties, thermal stability andflame retardant properties compared with that of PP and ABS.
