摘  要:通过热处理技术使超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)分子扩散到聚乙烯基体中,然后研究气体辅助注射成型中UHMWPE的引入对聚乙烯形态结构的影响。SEM结果显示,通过简单的热处理UHMWPE分子链部分扩散到了聚乙烯基体中,在气体辅助注射成型(GAIM)试样均能观察到典型的多层次结构,并能在次表层观察到大量的串晶结构。同时二维小角X射线散射(2D-SAXS)结果也表明,当UHMWPE粒子含量较少时,热处理试样的取向度低于没有处理的试样,但随着UHMWPE增多,热处理试样的取向度明显高于没有处理的试样。By using thermal treatment technology, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) dispersed into high density polyethylene (HDPE) matrix. Then, the effect of UHMWPE onthe morphology of the PE blends was investigated. SEM results show that a part of UHMWPE molecular chainscan be dispersed into HDPE, typical hierarchy structure can be observed in all the samples, and shish-kebabstructure can be observed in sub-skin zones. Meanwhile, 2-dimensional small angle X ray scatting (2D-SAXS) results show that, the orientation degree of the thermally treated sample decreases when the content ofUHMWPE is low. With the increase of UHMWPE content, the orientation degree of treated samples isobviously higher than that of non-treated samples.
