摘  要:对比研究了红磷、次磷酸盐、烷基次磷酸盐三种无卤阻燃剂在玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)中的各项力学性能、阻燃性能及磷化氢(PH_3)释放量,并研究了通过匹配不同电势的金属化合物缚酸剂及螺杆组合对PH_3释放量的影响。结果表明,使用烷基次磷酸盐复配阻燃体系,无卤阻燃增强PBT材料可以达到UL94 V-0(1.5mm),同时无PH_3释放,综合力学性能优异,从而用于具有磷化氢限制要求的终端电子电器接插件行业。The comparative study of three halogen-free flame retardant agents including red phosphorus,phosphate, alkyl phosphate in glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) on the mechanicalproperties, flame retardance and hydrogen phosphate (PH3 ) emissions were performed. And the impact onthe release of PH3 by matching the different potential of the metal compound acid binding agents and screwcombination was studied. The results show that: the use of alkyl phosphate compound flame retardant systemcould make halogen-free flame retardant reinforced PBT composite reach the flame class of UL94 V-0 (1.5mm). Meanwhile, no PH3 releases and the PBT composite has excellent comprehensive mechanicalproperties, which can be used in the terminal electrical and electronic connectors industry that has phosphinerestrictions.
