摘 要:近年,老旧公园的提升改造逐渐被政府和园林工作者所重视。本文从游客满意度的角度对天津水上公园进行评价,运用AHP层次分析法对调查结果进行分析,得到天津水上公园POE评价指标体系及POE综合评定结果。在此基础上,结合Kano模型运行图,求得天津水上公园POE改进权重,得到改进迫切度最高的因素,期望为天津水上公园改善服务设施、提高管理水平提供依据,也可为其它类似公园的设计管理提供借鉴。In recent years, promotions and improvements for old parks have been paid attention by the government and landscape architects. Tourists' satisfaction for Tianjin Water Park has been evaluated in this paper and in order to obtain the post occupancy evaluation(POE) index system and the evaluation results were obtained with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Aiming at providing theoretical basis to improve the management and the improving services of Tianjin Water Park,POE evaluation results and Kano model diagram were combined to acquire the POE improved weights and the most urgent factors in Tianjin Water Park. The design management also could be used in other parks over our country.
