摘  要:硒作为人类和动物的必需微量元素之一,也是植物生长发育不可缺少的营养元素,但硒缺乏和硒污染均会对生态环境和人类健康造成严重威胁。文章从硒的生物学功能、硒在人体中的作用及其含量安全标准、土壤中硒的含量及有效性、植物中硒的含量及吸收转运、硒与磷、硫的营养关系等进行综述,提出今后应加强土壤硒形态及形态转变、硒蛋白及含硒氨基酸分离和纯化、植物体内硒的生理生化作用机制及农作物富硒机理研究;同时,应从筛选富硒突变体入手,优选出富硒的植物新品种,为更好地开发和利用硒资源提供参考依据。As one of essential trace elements to human and animals and also an indispensable element in plant growth and development, selenium has become the focus of people's research. Lack of selenium and selenium pollution can cause a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health. The present study summarized biological functions of selenium, safe content and limit function of selenium in human body, selenium content and distribution in soil, form and effective factors, selenium content and existing form in plants, selenium absorption and transportation in plants, trophic interaction between selenium and any of phosphorus and sulphur. Based on above research progress of selenium nutrition,some researches were further strengthened, including form and its transformation of selenium in soil, isolation and purification of selenoprotein and seleno amino acid, physiological and biochemical mechanism of selenium in plants, and selenium enrichment mechanism of crops. Furthermore, the researchers should start from screening of selenium-enriched mutants, so as to select new varieties of plants, in order to provide reference for development and utilization of selenium resources.
