黄桂灌肠剂联合输卵管疏通术对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者妊娠率及输卵管通畅度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察黄桂灌肠剂联合输卵管疏通术对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者妊娠率及输卵管通畅度的影响。方法将80例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予输卵管疏通术治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上联合应用黄桂灌肠剂保留灌肠治疗。2组均1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗后6个月内、1年内宫内妊娠成功率,治疗后输卵管通畅情况,比较治疗后患者并发症的发生率。结果治疗组有效率95.0%,对照组77.5%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后1年内宫内妊娠成功率67.5%,高于对照组(37.5%,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后输卵管通畅率(82.5%)高于对照组治疗后(45.0%,P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率(12.5%)低于对照组(25.0%,P<0.05)。结论输卵管疏通术后应用黄桂灌肠剂灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症,能促进患者输卵管炎症吸收,防止术后输卵管粘连及感染,提高宫内妊娠成功率。Objective To observe the effects of Huanggui enema combined with tubal recanalization on pregnancy rate and tubal patency in patients with oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods 80 patients with oviduct obstructive infertility were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group received tubal recanalization,and the treatment group received retention enema of Huanggui enema on the basis of control group treatment. The treatment course was one month in two groups that continuously for 3 courses. The curative effect was compared between two groups. The successful pregnancy rate in 6 months and one year after treatment were observed in two groups,as well as the tubal patency. The incidence of complications after treatment was compared. Results The effective rate in treatment group（ 95. 0%） was superior to that in control group（ 77. 5%,P〈0. 01）. The successful pregnancy rate one year after treatment in treatment group（ 67. 5%） was higher than that in control group（ 37. 5%,P〈0. 05）. The tubal patency rate after treatment in treatment group（ 82. 5%） was higher than that in control group（ 45. 0%,P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications in treatment group（ 12. 5%） was lower than that in control group（ 25. 0%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Huanggui enema combined with tubal recanalization for the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility,can promote absorption of oviduct inflammatory,prevent fallopian tube adhesion and infection after operation,increase successful uterine pregnancy rate.
