推拿联合黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察推拿联合黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗肩关节周围炎(以下简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法将120例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,对照组60例应用推拿治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上应用黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗。2组均15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后肩关节疼痛指标、肩关节功能活动指标评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率98.3%,对照组总有效率86.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后肩关节疼痛指标、肩关节功能活动指标评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后肩关节疼痛程度降低,肩关节功能活动增强;治疗组治疗后肩关节疼痛指标、肩关节功能活动指标评分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗肩周炎,能够恢复患者肩关节功能,减轻肩关节疼痛,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） massage combined with Huangqi- duzhong decoction on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 120 subjects with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group. Subjects in control group were treated by TCM massage. Subjects in treatment group were treated by Huangqi- duzhong decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The treatment course was 15 d in two groups continuously for 2 courses. The curative effect was compared between two groups. The indexes of shoulder pain and shoulder movement before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment and control group were 98. 3% and 86.7% respectively,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）,the curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. There were statistical differences on indexes of shoulder pain and shoulder movement between before and after treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,the shoulder pain was relieved and the shoulder movement was enhanced. The scores of shoulder pain and shoulder movement after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM massage combined with Huangqi- duzhong decoction has significant clinical effects on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthriti,can recovery the capability of shoulder joint.
