摘　　要：阐述了俞景茂教授运用药对治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的经验,其将本病分为3期,并结合中药的性味、归经、功效及现代药理学研究,列举了麻黄配苦杏仁、川贝母配浙贝母、葶苈子配桑白皮、地龙配丹参等药对,充分体现以对应病症的相应治法为前提,以中医药理论为基础,有机结合在一起方能达到最佳临床疗效的组合形式。The paper introduced professor YU Jingmao＇s experience of couplet medicines in treating bronchio litis in children. Based on property and flavor of herbs,theory of channel tropism,healing efficacy and modern pharmacological research,professor YU divided the course of treatment into 3 stages and used couplet medicines to treat diseases accordingly. Several examples of paried herbs（ herba ephedrae paring almond,bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae paring bulbus fritillariae thunbergii,semen lepidii paring cortex mori,dried lumbricus paring radix salvia miltiorrhiza） were listed to show YU＇s idea about combining syndrome differentiation with TCM theory organically to get the best clinical efficacy.
