摘　　要：提出中医儿科"治未病"的5种基本方法:明确疾病诱发因素、掌握疾病发病时间、认清疾病先兆症状、明晰疾病传变规律、防止疾病瘥而复发,并列举临床经验加以论述。This paper proposed 5 basic TCM principles for preventive treatment of children＇s diseases. They are as follows： to make clear the inducing factor of disease,to keep track the disease time,to get on to the signal symptoms,clarify the progress discipline of the disease and to prevent the recrudescence of disease. Clinical experiences were enumerated reasonedly.
