摘 要:探讨了入侵植物乙醇提取物对福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase,ACh E)和丁酰胆碱酯酶(Butyrylcholinesterase,BCh E)活性的影响。采用乙醇提取法获得薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)、南美蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)和五爪金龙(Ipomoea cairica)3种入侵植物茎和叶组织活性物质,改良Ellam法测定其对福寿螺胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明,3种入侵植物的乙醇提取物对福寿螺ACh E和BCh E的活性均具有较强的抑制作用,薇甘菊和南美蟛蜞菊叶比茎的乙醇提取物抑制作用强,五爪金龙的茎则比叶的乙醇提取物抑制作用强。各提取物对胆碱酯酶的抑制作用存在浓度梯度依赖性特点,在质量浓度为0.100 0 mg/m L时的抑制率接近阳性对照组。五爪金龙的茎和薇甘菊的叶乙醇提取物对福寿螺两种胆碱酯酶的活性具有较强的抑制作用,抑制率可达70%以上,说明这两种入侵植物具有开发为福寿螺植物源杀螺剂的潜力。The effect of Pomacea canaliculata acetylcholinesterase(AchE) and butyrylcholinesterase(BchE) activity by ethanol extract from invasive plants were explored. Active substance were extracted from stem and leaf of three kinds of invasive species (Mikania micrantha,Wedelia trilobata,lpomoea cairica) by ethanol extraction method, the cholinesterase activity was tested by modified Ellman's colorimetric method in 96-well microplates. The results showed that ethanol extract from invasive species had strong inhibitory effect to P. canaliculata AChE and BChE. Stronger inhibitory effect appeared in leaf groups of W. trilobata and M. micrantha and stem groups of Palmate-leaved Morning Glory. There ware existed concentration gradient dependent features on the cholinesterase inhibitory activity by these extracts, at mass concentration of 0.100 0 mg/mL, the inhibition rate of sample groups almost was closed to positive control group. Because of strong inhibitory effect of I. cairica stem and M. micrantha leave to P. cana!iculata AChE and BChE, the rate of inhibitory over 70%, which indicated that I. cairica and Mikania micrantha may be able to be developed as potential molluscacide source from plants.
