摘  要:为探明风沙半干旱地区仁用杏叶片对水分胁迫的生理响应机制,以二年生仁用杏为试材,采用盆栽方法,设置了正常供水(土壤含水量为田间最大持水量的75%)、轻度水分胁迫(55%)、中度水分胁迫(45%)和重度水分胁迫(30%)4个处理,开展了水分胁迫对幼龄仁用杏叶片渗透调节物质含量及保护酶活性影响的研究。结果表明,水分胁迫不同程度地增加了幼龄仁用杏叶片的可溶性糖、脯氨酸、MDA含量及SOD、POD活性,且增加幅度随着胁迫程度的加重而增大;轻度水分胁迫增加幅度较小,中度和重度水分胁迫增加幅度较大,该结果可为仁用杏栽培管理提供理论依据。In order to explore the physiological adaption mechanisms of kernel-used apricot under water stress, in experi- ments under different conditions of soil moisture that normal supply (soil moisture was 75% field water holding capacity),mild water stress (55%),moderate water stress (45%) and severe water stress (30%),osmotic adjustment and protect enzymes of 2 year-old kernel-used apricot were researched in pot experiments.The results tested that the leaves soluble sugar,proline, MDA,SOD and POD content were increased on different soil water treatment.As the degree of water stress increases they put on more faster;Mild water stress increase is very small, moderate and severe water stress increased significantly.The experi- mental results can provide theoretical basis for cultivation management of the area.
