摘　　要：以中药材生产质量管理规范为指导,针对栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim)生育特性及山东省地域性气候、环境特点,对筛选的栝楼优良品系进行规范化栽培试验,探索适合山东栝楼大面积、规范化栽培的最佳模式,总结适宜山东区域性的栝楼规范化栽培技术并进行推广。研究从保证栝楼药材质量和产量出发,规范栝楼生产的各个环节,为促进山东栝楼种植标准化、规范化、现代化提供参考。The standardized cultivation experiments of a new strain Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximin was studied on the basis of quality management criteria of Chinese herbal medicines, combining the growth feature with the regional climate and environment characteristics of Shandong province to explore the optimized cultivation mode and summarize the standardized cultivation techniques to popularize. Each step as well as the whole process of production were regularized to ensure the quality and quantity of T. kirilowii Maximin, improving the standardized, regularized and modernized production of T. kirilowii Maximin.
