摘 要:为了研究自动研磨对模具零件表面的影响,以线切割后的S390粉末冶金钢为研究对象,以研磨时间、装夹角度、缸体转速、自转速度等4个因素进行正交试验,通过分析表面材料去除量、表面粗糙度、残留应力等指标,得出研磨工艺对各参数指标影响的主次关系和最优研磨参数组合。试验结果表明:表面材料去除量随着缸体转速的增加和加工时间的延长而增大,表面粗糙度随着缸体转速的增加而增大,残留应力随着缸体转速的增加而减小。In order to investigate the influence on surface integrity due to automatic grind- ing, taking the grinding process of grade S390 steel that has been electrical discharge ma- chined as a research project. The orthogonal experiment was carried out on the related fac- tors in the grinding process like grinding time, clamping angle, cylinder rotational velocity and clamp rotational velocity. Through the measurement of grinding surface roughness, ma- terial removal amount, residual stress, primary and secondary sequence and an optimal com- bination of parameters suitable for the grinding of die were obtained. The results showed that the surface material removal amount increased with cylinder rotational velocity and grinding time increasing, the surface roughness decreased with cylinder rotational velocity increasing, the residual stress decreased with cylinder rotational velocity increasing.
