摘　　要：通过对头戴式耳机U型支架的内、外结构进行分析,在保证塑件成型精度及其他要求的情况下,对注射模采用了斜顶块、直顶块、滑块抽芯等结构,不但解决了塑件难脱模的问题,而且降低了模具的制造成本。经生产实际验证,模具结构设计合理、紧凑,开合模顺畅,生产效率高,试模一次成功,生产的塑件符合客户要求。The internal and external structure of a U-shaped bracket of headset was ana- lyzed. Under the condition of ensuring the forming precision and other requirements of the plastic parts, the injection mould was used inclined ejecting block, straight ejector pad and slider core-pulling mechanism. It solved the hard demoulding problem and decreased the manufacturing cost.
