摘　　要：分析了转角类铝型材的结构特点,通过实际案例介绍了转角类铝型材挤压模关键参数的优化设计及降低挤压力的模具结构参数选择,经生产实际证明,比传统设计的模具挤压成型要稳定而且模具使用寿命长。The structural characteristics of corner Al-profile were analyzed. Through the actu- al examples, the optimal design for the key parameters of the extrusion die for the corner Al-profile was presented, including the parameters choice of the die structure to reduce the extrusion pressure. The production practice proved that the die was more stable and the service life was longer than the traditional extrusion die.
