延续性护理干预在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理干预在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013-01-2014-04收治的110例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(56例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用延续性护理干预,采用简易智能精神状态检查量表、Barthel指数评定量表及患者遵医行为问卷分别评估患者的认知功能、日常生活能力及遵医行为。结果与干预前比较,2组干预后的MMSE和BI评分明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组MMSE和BI评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后在服药、锻炼、饮食及复诊等遵医行为显著改善,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的认知功能、日常生活能力及遵医行为,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of continuous care intervention in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred and ten patients with ischemic stroke were chose in our hospital form January 2013 to April 2014,and were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given conventional care;the control group was given continuity nursing intervention on the basis of the observation group.Mini-mental State Examination,Barthel index and medical behavior questionnaire were adopted to assess the patients＇ daily life ability,cognitive function and medical behavior.Results Compared with before intervention,MMSE and BI scores of two groups after the intervention increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.MMSE and BI scores of observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;medication,exercise,diet and visit such as medical behavior in observation group after the intervention improved significantly,and the differences between the two groups have statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Continuity nursing intervention can improve the ischemic stroke patients＇ cognitive function,daily life ability,and the medical behavior,and it is worth of popularizing.
