剪叉式液压升降台销轴断裂失效分析

摘　　要：通过现场的勘察和测量,采用宏观观察、硬度检测、销轴径向力对比分析等方法对剪叉式液压升降台使用过程中,底层剪叉的内叉臂与中层剪叉的外叉臂相连接处销轴的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,剪切、表面加工精度低、未进行消除应力的处理、销轴与轴衬的接触没有良好的润滑、销轴连接处的局部没有加强等是导致销轴断裂的主要原因,该分析结果为失效销轴的改进提供了技术支撑和依据。Througil site investigation and measurement, the paper performs reason analysis for hinge pin breakage at the connecting part between the internal timbal ann of Ihe bottom scissors and the external fureal arm of the medium scissors during the operation of the scissors hydraulic elevator platform. The resuh shows that the breakage of hinge pin is mainly caused by the shearing surface of low precision, failure to relieve stress, poor lubrication at the contact between hinge pin and hushing, or unreinforced local pails at the hinge pin connection. And such analysis provides technical support and basis for repairing failed hinge pin.
