摘　　要：大型港口起重机有些故障其持续时间非常短,故障出现后瞬间又完全恢复到正常状态,具有故障原因复杂、故障出现时间和频率无规律、诊断困难、安全危害大的特点。文中针对大型港口起重机瞬时故障产生的原因及危害进行概述,指出了瞬时故障诊断的难点,并以安川PLC为例,介绍如何利用PLC数据追踪功能快速、准确地处理瞬时故障。For large-scale port cranes, some faults last for a short time, and the crane operates normally quickly after the fault. Thus such fault may be caused by complicated reasons, follows no rule in the time of occurrence or frequency, is hard to diagnose and brings huge damage. The paper describes the causes of transient fault of large-scale port crane and its hazards, presents difficulties in diagnosing transient fault and introduces how to deal with transient fault rapidly and accu- rately using PLC data by taking Anchuan PLC as an example.
