摘  要:探究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对土传病原菌胁迫下玉米抗逆生理的影响。采用土壤盆栽试验,将禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)和立枯丝核菌(Rhoctonia solani)接种到土壤中,用枯草芽孢杆菌21菌悬液处理,以多菌灵为对照。在玉米苗三叶一心期时,分别测定地上组织和地下组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。枯草芽孢杆菌21处理与多菌灵处理相比,玉米地上组织SOD和CAT酶活性差异不显著,而POD酶活性提高了6.52%,地下组织抗逆酶活性显著提高,其中SOD酶活性提高了99.70%,CAT酶活性提高了27.43%,POD酶活性提高了13.24%;玉米地下部分MDA含量无显著差异,而地上部分MDA含量降低了7.91%。与多菌灵相比,枯草芽孢杆菌21主要通过提高玉米各组织中POD酶活性及地下组织中CAT酶活性,同时降低MDA含量,以提高其对土传病原菌的抗性,从而对玉米幼苗起到保护作用,使其免受土传病原菌的侵害。The effect of Bacillus subtilis strain 21 on maize resistance physiology under the stress of soil borne pathogens was studied. Using soil pot experiments, taking carbendazim as the control, bacterial liquid of B. subtilis strain 21 was inoculated into the soil, which had been inoculated with the two different pathogens, Fusarium graminearum and Rhoctonia solani. Three antioxidative enzymes and malonaldehyde contents in the aboveground and the underground organism of the maize at 3 leaf stage were determined. The results showed that the peroxidase activity was increased by 6. 52% significantly in the aboveground organism in the soil treatment of B. subtilis strain 21, comparing with the treatment of carbendazim, and there was no significant change in the catalase activity and superoxide dismutase activity. The catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase activity were significantly increased by 99.70%, 27.43%, 13.24%(P0.05), respectively, in the underground organism, comparing with the treatment of carbendazim. The malonaldehyde contents of the maize treated with B. subtilis strain 21 was reduced by 7.91% in aboveground organism comparing with the treatment of carbendazim, but there was no significant change in the malonaldehyde contents of the aboveground organism of the maize treated with.B.subtilis strain 21 has the ability of increasing peroxidase activity in all organisms of maize, catalase activity in underground organism of maize and decreasing MDA contents to protect the maize seedling from the injure of soil born pathogens,comparing with carbendazim.
