摘 要:利用非参数的数据包络分析(DEA)和Malmquist指数,对湖北省各市(州)2007—2011年农业要素效率进行了分析,经过计算得出各地区农业综合效率排名及全要素增长率;以2011年为例,通过投影分析找出了在农业经济投入要素方面存在冗余现象的市(州),分析了具体投入要素的调整方案。结果表明,湖北省农业经济综合效率总体趋于良好,农业投入存在过剩现象。湖北省农业发展今后应注意提高技术效率,走农业集约化道路。non-parametric data envelopment analysis(DEA) and Malmquist index was used to make an analysis of agricultural efficiency in cities of Hubei from 2007 to 2011,which produced the ranking of comprehensive agricultural efficiency in all areas as well as the total factor growth rate after calculation; taking 2011 for an example,the cities were found,which were redundant in agricultural production factors input through the projection analysis.And the adjustment scheme of specific inputs factors was analyzed. The results showed that the comprehensive efficiency in agricultural economy of Hubei province was becoming more favorable overall and surplus was detected in agricultural input. More attention should be paid to improving the efficiency of technology in agricultural economy and agricultural intensification of Hubei province.
