摘 要:在对天柱山景区的游客进行问卷调查的基础上,结合层次分析法赋予各指标权重,利用模糊综合评价法分别评价目标层和六大准则层。结果表明,该景区的景区风光和基础设施的满意度较高,其余准则的满意度较低。最后运用模糊化法则将各指标满意度直观化,结合IPA象限法给出景区发展对策,旨在探索提高天柱山景区综合竞争力的路径。Based on the questionnaire survey of tourists of Tianzhu mountainous scenic spot, each index weight by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was given, then the objective and six standards were evaluated. The results showed that the satisfactions of Scenic landscape and infrastructure of Tianzhu mountainous scenic spot were higher, and other standards were low.Finally, aiming to explore the path of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of Tianzhu mountainous scenic spot, the indexes intuitive were made by using Fuzzy rule, and development suggestions of the scenic spot combining with IPA quadrant method were given.
