摘 要:为了探讨葎草(Humulus scandens)的化感作用,研究了不同浓度葎草水浸液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度水浸液处理下,小麦种子的萌发和幼苗生长情况与对照组无差异,高浓度水浸液对种子的萌发和幼苗的生长具有抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高,抑制作用在不断地增强。但当浓度为0.200 g/m L时,其对小麦幼苗的生长反而有促进作用。In order to investigate the allelopathy of Humulus scandens, the biological effects of different concentrations of water extracts from H. scandens on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were explored. The results showed that under the low concentration of water extracts from H. scandens, the germination rate and seedling growth of wheat had no difference with control group. However, the higher-concentration water extracts from H. scandens inhibited the germination rate and seedling growth rate of wheat. As a result of creasing concentration, the shoot growth rate were inhibited seriously. However,there was a stimulative effects when the concentrations of water extracts was 0.200 g / m L.
