摘 要:以宁夏彭阳食用菌标准化生产示范基地的杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii Quel.)为试验材料,依托环境因子无线远程监测实验平台,研究了光质、光照度、光周期对杏鲍菇子实体发育形态的影响。结果表明,LED光质较白炽灯光质处理对杏鲍菇子实体发育更有利,且外观形态佳;试验范围内子实体生长发育的最适宜光照度为130~160 lx,最佳光周期以12 h为宜(24 h为一个光周期,LED灯开1 h关1 h),该处理模式下子实体生长较快,菌柄菌盖比例适宜。鉴于此,提出并验证了一种宁夏南部山区适用的子实体发育期光调控策略。Taking Pleurotus eryngii from Ningxia Pengyang edible fungi standardization production demonstration base as test material, by wireless remote monitoring test platform for environmental factors, the effects of the light quality,light intensity and photoperiod on fruiting body developmental morphology of P. eryngii were studied. The results showed that,LED light quality was more favorable for fruiting body growth and appearance than incandescent light. Within the experimental range,the most suitable light intensityis was between 130~160 lx,and the most optimal photoperiod was 12 h(24 h as a light cycle,LED lights one hour on and the hour off) for the growth of fruiting body, In which mode the fruiting bodies grow faster,and the proportion between pileus and stipe is suitable. So,a way of fruiting developmental period light control suitable for Ningxia southern mountain area was proposed and verified.
