贵州水城黑山羊血液生理生化指标测定及分析

摘　　要：对10只水城黑山羊血液的常规生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明,水城黑山羊的MCH在雌雄间差异极显著(P<0.01);HCT、BUN和K+在雌雄间差异显著(P<0.05);其他各项理化指标在雌雄黑山羊间差异不显著(P>0.05);水城黑山羊血液的AST、K+、TP均高于正常值,血钙的含量则低于山羊正常值。为黑山羊的饲养管理、疾病防治、保种选育等方面提供一定的参考。The blood general physiological and biochemical index of 10 Shuicheng black goat were detected. The results showed that the MCH in Shuicheng black goat had extremely significant difference between male and female（P〈0.01）; HCT,BUN and K＋had significant differences between male and female（P〈0.05）; Other physical and chemical indicators showed no significant difference between male and female native goat（P〉0.05）; the content of AST, K＋and TP in Shuicheng native goat blood were higher than normal, while the blood calcium content was below than normal goats.It provide a reference to the feeding, breeding and disease control for black goats.
