摘 要:利用HPD600大孔树脂二次纯化胡桃桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim.)种仁壳黄酮,并分析二次纯化黄酮的体外抗氧化作用。结果表明,纯化后黄酮纯度进一步提高到54.39%,二次纯化胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮表现出较好的清除ABTS、DPPH、羟自由基的能力和明显的脂质过氧化抑制作用,IC50值分别为9.52μg/m L,1.273、1.479、1.678 mg/m L,呈现剂量-效应关系,且脂质过氧化抑制作用优于维生素C,可进一步开发成食品添加剂或功能性食品。The second purification using macroporous resin HPD600 and antioxidant activities in vitro of flavonoids from the seed shells of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.(FSSJM-2) were investigated. The results showed that the purity of flavonoids was increased to 54.39%. FSSJM-2 exhibited significant antioxidant activity in 2,2′-Azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS),2,2-di(4-tert-octylphenol)-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity and lipid peroxidation inhibition assays with IC50 values of 9.52 μg / m L, 1.273 mg / m L,1.479 mg / m L and 1.678 mg / m L, respectively. The inhibition of lipid peroxidation by FSSJM-2 was better than that by VC. In conclusion, the results showed that FSSJM-2 had significant antioxidant activities and might be further used in food additives or in the development of functional foods.
