摘 要:利用气相色谱建立山鸡椒(Litsea cubeba)根部挥发油的指纹图谱,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取10批黔产山鸡椒根部挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测,以β-柠檬醛为对照,使用浙江大学中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件计算有关参数。结果标定了7个共有峰,这7种成分的相对含量共约占挥发油总成分的86.8%~92.3%,其保留时间和峰面积形成了特征性指纹图谱。结果表明,指纹图谱和定性分析相结合可作为山鸡椒根部的鉴定和内在质量评价依据。The GC / MS was used to establish the chromatographic fingerprints of oil samples from Litsea cubeba roots. Using steam distillation extraction method, essential oils from ten groups of Litsea cubeba roots were extracted, then determined with GC-MS through the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Taking β-citral as the reference peak, the related parameters were calculated by software for similarity calculation of TCM's fingerprint from Zhejiang university. The results selected 7common-peaks as the fingerprint peaks. The relative content of seven components was about 86.8%~92.3% of the total essential oil, and the retention time and peak area appeared the characteristic fingerprint. It concluded that, the combination of fingerprint and qualitative analysis can be used to identify and evaluate the inner quality of Litsea cubeba roots.
