不同类型家庭农场经营效率分析——基于浙江省的实证研究

摘　　要：运用数据包络分析法(DEA)分别测算了浙江省13个市(县、区)171个家庭农场的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。结果表明,样本区种植类家庭农场技术效率水平偏低,主要原因是纯技术效率较低。从各类家庭农场内部的效率差距来看,粮油类家庭农场之间的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率差距在三类家庭农场中最小,蔬菜类家庭农场之间的技术效率和规模效率差距最大,水果类家庭农场之间的纯技术效率差距最大。各类家庭农场效率存在较大差异性的可能原因有农产品特性的不同及市场竞争因素的影响。this paper uses date envelopment analysis（DEA） method to calculate the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the 171 family farm of 13 counties in Zhejiang province.Results show that the sample area of various types of technical efficiency levels are low,the dominant factor is the low efficiency of the pure technical efficiency.From the efficiency gap within the various family farm,the cereals family farm has the smallest gap in technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency;the vegetable family farm has the largest gap in technical efficiency and scale effiency;the fruit family farm has the largest gap in pure technical efficiency.The possible resaons of the heterogeneous efficiency are product characteristics and market competition.
