摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸功能化氧化石墨烯(FAGO)/丙烯酸酯纳米复合乳液,探讨了FAGO用量对FAGO/丙烯酸酯乳液粒径及乳胶膜性能的影响。通过动态光散射测试复合乳液的粒径及粒径分布、SEM表征了复合乳液的形貌,并对乳胶膜热稳定性、玻璃化温度、耐溶剂性、力学性能等性能进行测试。结果表明,FAGO/丙烯酸酯无皂复合乳液的粒径大小均一,乳胶粒子附着在FAGO片层边缘,分散性良好。随着FAGO用量的增加,复合乳液乳胶粒平均粒径逐渐变大,乳胶膜的热稳定性提高和吸水性逐渐降低,同时玻璃化温度升高,力学性能增强。The acrylic acid functionalized graphene oxide(FAGO)/acrylate composite emulsions were prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The effects of FAGO on properties of FAGO/acrylate latex film were investigated in details.Dynamic light scattering and SEM electron microscope were used to its characterizations.And the thermal stability,glass temperature,solvent resistance and the mechanical properties were dissused in sequence.The results showed that the particle size of FAGO/ acrylate soap free composite emulsion was uniform,and the latex particles were adhered on the edge of FAGO slice layer,which had good dispersion.With increasing the FAGO amount,the average particle size of latex particles became larger,the thermal stability and water absorption rate of the latex film were decreased gradually,while the glass temperature was increased,and the mechanical properties were enhanced.
