摘　　要：讨论了不同原材料、不同工艺对单组分聚氨酯密封胶TVOC含量和气味等级的影响。通过选用合适的原材料,优化工艺,制备了一种低TVOC、低气味的单组分聚氨酯密封胶。该产品TVOC含量和气味等级达到国内某客车企业标准的要求,综合性能优于市场上同类产品。This paper discussed the influence of different materials and manufacturing processes on the TVOC content and odor level of one-component polyurethane sealant.By choosing suitable raw materials and optimizing the manufacturing process,an one-component polyurethane sealant with low TVOC and low odor was prepared.The TVOC content and odor level reached the requirements of a domestic passenger car enterprise standard,and the comprehensive performance was better than that of the similar commercial products.
