摘　　要：诚信,是社会主义核心价值观在公民层面提出的重要价值标准,是中华民族乃至世界其他民族所共同尊崇的基本道德法则。目前,在中国社会转型关键时期,在中国发展新常态下,诚信,于个人、于企业、于国家有着重要意义。只有从此三个维度构建诚信体系,才能在全社会形成一股良好的诚信氛围。Integrity is an important standard of value presented by socialist core values in the level of citizens, and it is the basic moral law that Chinese nation and other nations in the world will respect. In the critical period of Chinese social transformation and under the circumstance of China＇s new development, integrity has an important significance to the individual, to the enterprise and to the country. Only by building the credit system from the three angles, can we form a good atmosphere of integrity in the whole society.
