试论案例教学在大学生就业指导课程中的运用

摘　　要：大学生就业指导对大学生的发展和成长具有重要作用,而在就业指导过程中适时引入案例,并科学地解析和分析案例,能够帮助大学生提高自身的就业竞争力,并实现准确的就业定位。因此,本文首先指出了在就业指导课程中运用案例教学法的意义,即有利于提高学生的主动性、有利于学生的个性发展、有利于学生及时掌握所学知识,并在此基础上指出了运用步骤,设计案例、讨论案例和分析案例,且提出运用过程中应注意的问题,即缩小授课班型、增强教师素质、丰富案例库、发挥学生的主动性、发挥案例的实用性等。The employment guidance for college students plays a crucial role in their development and growth. The introduction of cases to the guidance and the scientific analysis of the cases can help college students to improve employment competitiveness and help them to orient themselves in employment. This paper first points out the significance of case teaching in employment guidance course, namely, improving students＇ initiative, individual development and their timely mastery of knowledge they learned.On this basis, this paper points out the application procedures,design, discussion and analysis of cases. It also proposes the issues needing attention in the application, including shrinking classes, enhancing teachers＇ quality, enriching cases, giving play to students＇ initiative and the effectiveness of cases.
