大学生就业价值取向变化特点及其引导策略研究

摘　　要：现如今高等教育已经大众普及,大学生出现了就业难的问题,主要原因就是就业的价值观取向出现了转变,大学生的就业价值观不仅仅决定着就业的目标和方向选择,还与大学生的就业心态和行为有着重要的关联。因此大学生就业价值取向的研究很重要,其对大学生的就业实践有着推动性的作用,本文通过对大学生就业价值取向形成的变化特点进行分析,提出了对大学生就业价值取向的引导策略,这具有十分实际的意义和用途。With the popularization of higher education, college students＇ difficult employment emerges, mainly because of the changes of their employment orientation which not only decides the choices of goals and the directions of employment, but also concerns college students＇ attitudes toward employment and their behaviors in employment. Therefore, the research of college students＇ employment orientation is of great importance, promoting college students＇ employment practice. Through an analysis on the formation of college students＇ employment orientation and the characteristics of changes in it, this paper proposes the guiding strategies which are of great practical significance in practical application.
