材料工程专业应用型人才培养的关键因素分析

摘　　要：应用型人才的培养与传统的教育模式不同,对学生培养的检验标准不再是单纯的理论知识考核及高校认定的"成绩合格",而是通过所培养的学生是否符合企业要求、是否满足企业需求来进行检验。文章介绍了材料专业应用型人才的特点,并且提出了培养的关键因素。The training of applied talents is different from the traditional education mode. The inspection standard to students is no longer the simple theoretical knowledge. It examines through the training of students whether meet the requirements of enterprises and whether meet the demand of enterprises. This paper introduces the characteristics of applied talents of materials engineering, and puts forward the key factors for the training of applied talents.
