摘 要:利用沙培试验,研究了6种浓度(0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8 mmol·kg^(-1))的1,2,4-三氯苯(TCB)对2种基因型水稻‘香粳20^(-1)8’(耐性基因型)和‘泗阳1382’(敏感基因型)苗期叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数等指标的影响。结果表明,在中低浓度(0.1~0.4 mmol·kg^(-1))1,2,4-TCB胁迫下,相同浓度的‘香粳20^(-1)8’表现为叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素总含量显著高于‘泗阳1382’,说明其比‘泗阳1382’更耐1,2,4-TCB胁迫。‘泗阳1382’的叶绿素荧光参数PSII最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSII潜在光化学效率(F_v/F_o)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)与1,2,4-TCB浓度之间存在显著或极显著的相关关系,可以作为表征敏感基因型水稻受1,2,4-TCB胁迫伤害程度的参考指标。‘香粳20^(-1)8’叶绿素荧光参数与叶绿素含量之间极显著或显著的相关性明显多于‘泗阳1382’,也说明耐性基因型‘香粳20^(-1)8’叶片的PSII反应中心结构受到1,2,4-TCB胁迫的损伤程度要小于敏感基因型‘泗阳1382’。The chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in leaves of rice seedlings from ‘Xiangjing 20^-18'(TCB tolerant genotype) and ‘Siyang 1382'(TCB s ensitive genotype) were investigated in a sand culture experiment treated with 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(TCB) of 0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mmol·kg^-1.The results indicated that chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,total chlorophyll content in leaves of ‘Xiangjing 20-18' were higher than those of ‘Siyang 1382' significantly at the same concentration with TCB stress(0.1–0.4 mmol·kg^-1).This showed that ‘Xiangjing 20-18' was more tolerant to TCB stress than ‘Siyang 1382'.The significant or very significant correlation between the TCB concentration and photochemical efficiency of photosystem II(F_v/F_m),potential photochemical efficiency(F_v/F_o),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) and acyclic electron transfer late(ETR) of ‘Siyang 1382' were observed.Therefore,they would be the sensitive reference indicator of harm of TCB stress on sensitive genotype rice.The number of extremely significant or significant correlation between chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in ‘Xiangjing 20^-18' was greater than those of ‘Siyang 1382',it showed that the damage to PSII reaction center structure on tolerant genotype rice might be milder than that of sensitive genotype rice.
