摘 要:"十三五"期间我国农村饮水安全进入了巩固提升新阶段,如何应对部分地区已建饮水安全工程仍然存在的水源地污染加剧、水源枯竭、原有设计标准低、早期建设工程老化报废、重建轻管等诸多问题,将农村饮水安全工作楔入我国新型城镇化发展,搭上《水污染防治行动计划》政策的东风,是全面彻底解决农村饮水安全问题的关键。通过分析我国农村饮水安全现状及当前存在的主要问题,从建立健全农村饮水法律法规体系、加强农村饮水水源保护、加强政府监督管理等方面提出相应的对策与建议。China's rural drinking water safety project has entered the new stage of consolidation and upgrading in the13 th Five-year Plan period. However, drinking water safety projects built in some areas still have many problems, such as worsening pollution of water sources, exhaustion of water source, low standard of original design, scrapped early construction projects,etc.The key to solve the problems of rural drinking water safety fully is to integrate the rural drinking water safety work into China's new type of urbanization development and grasp the policy of The Action Plan for Preventing and Controlling Water Pollution. On the basis of analyzing current situation and main problems of rural drinking water safety in China, countermeasures are proposed in aspects of establishing laws and regulations,reinforcing water resource protection, strengthening the government supervision and management.
