矿区高光谱数据与植物叶绿素含量相关性研究

摘  要:以陕西省潼关县金矿区为研究背景,选取葎草、玉米、苦菜、梧桐4种植物为研究对象,使用ASD光谱仪进行野外实地测量,获得4种植物叶片的光谱反射率,室内利用紫外可见分光光度计进行叶绿素含量的测定。通过植物原始光谱、导数光谱、连续统去除法、倒数对数光谱(Log1/R)4种方法比对获得光谱参数与叶绿素含量相关性,建立植物光谱参数与叶绿素含量的回归方程。结果表明:光谱参数与叶绿素含量存在较显著相关性,葎草、玉米相关性顺序为Log1/R>原始光谱>一阶微分>连续统去除(BD>NBDI>BNA),苦菜相关性顺序为原始光谱>一阶导数>BD>NBDI>Log1/R>BNA,梧桐为BD>NBDI>一阶导数>BNA>Log1/R>原始光谱;拟合模型以线性、指数、S形曲线模型最优。Gold mining area in Tongguan County,Shaanxi Province as the research background,humulus,corn,sowthistle,buttonwood were selected as the research objects,ASD spectrometer was used to field measurement to getfour kinds of plant leaf spectral reflectance,UV visible spectrophotometry meter was used for measuring chlorophyllcontent.The correlation between Spectral parameters and chlorophyll content were carried out with original spec-trum,derivative spectrum,continuum removal,Log1/R treatments.The regression equation of spectral parametersand chlorophyll content was established by choosing the high correlation bands.The results indicated that the spec-tral parameters and chlorophyll content have a significant correlation and the order of Humulus,corn correlation isLog1/Roriginal spectraderivative spectrumcontinuum removal(BDNBDIBNA),Log1/R,original spectracan be more useful,sowthistle correlation sequence is original spectraderivative spectrumBDNBDILog1/RBNA,buttonwood is BDNBDIderivative spectrumBNALog1/Roriginal spectra;linear,exponential,S-shaped curve models are optimal,fitting degree and correlation remain consistent.
