一种甘薯新病害的初步研究

摘　　要：对山东鲁东南地区窖藏的甘薯种薯进行调查时发现,每个窖的甘薯发病率均在50%左右。其典型症状表现为甘薯表面有黑色凹陷的病斑,并随着窖藏时间的延长,其病斑面积不断扩大,严重时不能食用。对坏死的病斑组织进行病原物分离,纯化培养后,按照柯赫氏法则进行接种试验,将病原鉴定为链格孢菌(Alternaria sp.)。该文对其病害的症状、病原形态、发病情况等进行研究,确定为甘薯的一种新病害。A survey was done on the store sweet potato in southeast Shandong,and then a new disease was found onthem.The disease infested more than 50 percent of them and occurred commonly.The typical symptom was blacksunk spots on the surface of the sweet potato.With the time extended,more spots got into one big spot.When it gotheavy disease,it can not be used as food.The diseased tissue was cultured on the PDA culture medium,the Alternaria sp.was gotten.Then the next step was to inoculate on the sweet potato,at last Alternaria sp.was identified.The dis-ease symptom,the pathogeny and the situation of the disease were gave a detailed research,the disease was identi-fied as the new disease of sweet potato in China.
