摘 要:该研究选取高抗旱品种嫩单15、中抗旱品种东农253、不耐旱品种吉单27等3个玉米品种为试验材料,以干旱为主要处理条件,通过比较不同抗旱品种的生理指标,分析玉米对干旱胁迫的生理学响应。结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,MDA含量变化总体表现为逐渐增大,在胁迫后期,抗旱性弱品种的MDA含量增幅开始增大,明显高于其它2个品种;POD和SOD的活性逐渐增加,抗旱品种的SOD、POD活性均高于中等抗旱和不抗旱的品种;脯氨酸总体表现为先升后降的趋势;可溶糖含量的变化表现为先升后降的趋势。We chose high drought resistant variety nendan15,drought resistant variety dongnong253,low drought re-sistant variety jidan27 on this research.Then the one variety of each types as the trail mateirals were treated bydrought stress,the physiological responses of drought stress for maize were analyzed by the comparing of physiologi-cal parameters of different drought resistance varieties.The content of MDA increased gradually under drought stress,and the non-resistant varieties' s content of MDA are significantly higher than the other two varieties in the laterdrought stress stage.The activity of POD and SOD increased gradually under drought stress,that of highly resistantvarieties are higher than that of the medium resistant and non-resistant varieties.The content of proline increase andthen decease in the early and late stage respectively.The content of soluble sugar has the same trend with the contentof proline.
