摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑氯化钠注射液中甲硝唑含量的仪器比对方法,并用Z比分数统计法对35台仪器的实验结果进行了统计分析,有效评价了不同高效液相色谱仪之间的差异。An inter-instrument comparison method for the determination of metronidazole in metronidazole and sodium chloride injection by HPLC was established.Z-score was used to analyze the determination results of 35 instruments.This method can evaluate their measurement differences effectively.
