摘  要:目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝功能指标对剪切波弹性值的影响。方法选取91例重度NAFLD患者,按肝功能指标是否异常分为肝功能正常组(36例)与肝功能异常组(55例)。所有受检者均行肝脏超声检查、实验室检查及剪切波弹性成像测量肝杨氏模量值。结果肝功能正常组的肝杨氏模量值为(4.63±0.83)kPa,肝功能异常组的肝杨氏模量值为(5.65±1.81)kPa,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=-3.663,P<0.01)。肝杨氏模量值与ALT、AST呈正相关(P<0.05),与GGT、ALP、TBIL没有明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论剪切波弹性成像测量肝杨氏模量值在一定程度上受肝功能指标情况的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of hepatic function index on shear wave elasticity value in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods There were 91 patients with severe NAFLD,whom were divided into normal hepatic function index group(n=36)and abnormal hepatic function index group(n=55).All subjects underwent liver ultrasound,laboratory examination and liver Young′s modulus measurement by shear wave elastography.Results The Young′s modulus of liver in the normal hepatic function index group was(4.63±0.83)kPa,while the Young′s modulus of liver in the abnormal hepatic function index group was(5.65±1.81)kPa,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=-3.663,P0.01).The liver Young′s modulus and ALT,AST were positively correlated(P0.05),but GGT,ALP,TBIL had significant correlation with the liver Young′s modulus(P0.05).Conclusions The Young′s modulus of liver measured by shear wave elastography can be impacted to a certain extent by the hepatic function index.
