摘  要:目的探讨时间—空间关联成像联合高分辨率血流成像在胎儿双主动脉弓畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析7例双主动脉弓畸形胎儿的超声心动图特征,应用相关软件采集容积图像进行后期分析;超声诊断结果与尸解进行对比。结果时间—空间关联成像联合高分辨率血流成像修正诊断2例,补充诊断1例。7例患者中5例与验证结果一致,2例验证结果伴发其他心脏畸形。结论时间—空间关联成像联合高分辨率血流成像有助于提高胎儿双主动脉弓畸形的诊断正确率和完整性。Objective To evaluate the application value of spatio-temporary image correlation(STIC)combined with high definition flow(HDF)in the diagnosis of fetal double aortic arch.Methods Features of 7 cases were analyzed retrospectively and the STIC-HDF volume data were collected.Autospy was performed to testify the prenatal diagnosis after induced abortion.Results STIC-HDF had new findings in 1 case and corrected the diagnosis in 2 cases.Ultrasonographies of 5 cases were in accordance with postnatal ultrasonography and autopsy.2 cases had new findings by testifying.Conclusions STIC-HDF is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy and integrity of fetal double aortic arch.
