超声诊断软组织异物的价值

摘　　要：目的评价超声在诊断软组织异物中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析42例经手术病理证实为软组织异物的超声声像图表现。结果 42例软组织异物超声检查正确诊断39例,1例漏诊,2例误诊。结论超声可直接地显示软组织异物的形态、大小、数目、回声及其与周围组织的结构关系,为临床医师选择合适的治疗方案提供客观依据,可作为诊断软组织异物的首选影像学检查方法。Objective To evaluate the value for diagnosing soft tissue foreign bodies by high frequency ultrasonography.Methods Ultrasonographic features of 42 soft tissue foreign bodies confirmed with pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 42 cases with soft tissue foreign bodies,39 cases were diagnosed correctly,one case was missed and 2 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusions High frequency ultrasonography shows the soft tissue foreign bodies internality directly,in terms of the morphosis,size,number,echogenicity,surrounding tissue structure relation and provides accurate anatomic data for clinical doctor in the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue foreign bodies.High frequency ultrasonography may be the first line imaging modilaty in the diagnosis of soft tissue foreign bodies.
