泻心导赤汤加减治疱疹性口炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究泻心导赤汤加减治疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2012年5月~2014年5月收治的120例疱疹性口炎患儿为研究对象。抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组进行常规西药治疗,静脉滴注阿昔洛韦3~5 d,剂量10 mg/kg,同时加用维生素C辅助治疗;观察组则选择泻心导赤汤加减（黄连1 g、生地黄10 g、川木通6 g、灯心草1 g、甘草3 g、口干者加用芦根5 g、花粉4 g;小便短黄者加栀子、竹叶、生石膏各4 g）治疗,观察2组发热持续时间、溃疡愈合时间及治疗时间,比较2组临床疗效及药物安全性。结果：观察组发热持续时间、溃疡愈合时间及治疗时间分别为（2.87±0.92）d、（3.37±1.49）d、（5.34±2.01）d,均显著少于对照组（3.54±1.31）d、（4.12±1.83）d、（6.72±2.36）d（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗有效率高达91.67%,显著高于对照组78.33%（P〈0.05）;2组均未出现恶心、呕吐等药物不良反应,且治疗中血常规、尿常规均在正常范围内,药物安全性良好。结论：应用泻心导赤汤加减治疗小儿疱疹性口炎,可在保证药物安全性的前提下获得优于西药的治疗效果,且缩短愈合时间,是十分有效的治疗方式。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effects of modified Xiexin Daochi Decoction in herpetic stomatitis. Methods： 120 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis who were treated in our hospital between May 2012 and May 2014 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,intravenous drip of aciclovir for 3 ~ 5 d,10 mg / kg,with vitamin C assisted therapy. The observation group was treated with modified Xiexin Daochi Decoction（ Coptidis Rhizoma 1g,unprocessed Rehmannia10 g,Caulis Clematidis Armandii 6 g,Juncus Effuses 1 g,radix glycyrrhizae 3 g,for patients with dry mouth,Rhizoma Phragmitis5 g,divided into 4 g were added,for patients with short and yellow urinate,gardenia 4 g,bamboo leaves 4 g and gypsum 4 g were added）. The duration of fever,ulcer healing time and treatment time in the two groups were observed. The clinical curative effect and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results： The duration of fever,ulcer healing time and treatment time in the observation group [（ 2. 87 ± 0. 92） d,（ 3. 37 ± 1. 49） d,（ 5. 34 ± 2. 01） d] was significantly shorter than that in the control group[（ 3. 54 ± 1. 31） d,（ 4. 12 ± 1. 83） d,（ 6. 72 ± 2. 36） d（ P〈0. 05）; The effective rate in the observation group（ 91. 67%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 78. 33%）（ P〈0. 05）; There were no nausea,vomiting and other adverse drug reactions in the two groups. During the treatment,the blood routine and urine routine were in the normal range. The drug safety was good. Conclusion： The application of modified Xiexin Daochi Decoction in the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis can achieve better curative effect than western medicine under the premise of ensuring drug safety,and shorten the healing time. It is a very effective treatment.
