摘 要:为了研究高原鼠兔对高寒草甸草地的影响,利用D型肉毒毒素颗粒对不同退化高寒草甸中的高原鼠兔进行控制处理,并对控制前后高寒草甸植物群落的盖度、群落组成、物种多样性、植物生物量等进行调查。结果表明:对高原鼠兔进行控制后,中度退化和重度退化高寒草甸草地中的植物盖度、地上植物生物量、禾本科牧草和毒杂草量显著增加;禾本科牧草在植物群落中的地位得到提升或进一步巩固,群落的物种均匀度指数有增加的趋势。说明控制高原鼠兔对高寒草甸植被恢复具有积极作用。In order to understand the influence of plateau pika on alpine meadow,the type D botulinum toxin particles were used to control the density of plateau pikas in different degraded alpine meadow and to compare the coverage,composition,biodiversity of plants and grassland aboveground biomass of plants community characteristics before and after carrying out experiment. The results showed that the coverage of plants,grassland aboveground biomass and weeds and poisonous plants increased significantly in the moderate and heavy degradation grassland after decreasing active burrow densities of plateau pikas. The status of forage grasses in the plant community obtained the promotion and Pielou index of species had an increasing trend. Controlling the density of plateau pika plays a positive role in vegetation restoration of alpine meadow.
